Conservatories, Institutions and Schools of Music

uwMeeting offers  its services by providing different contractual arrangements:
pre-paid hour packages or 3 different types of user licenses.
uwMeeting staff organizes demonstrations with a maximum of 20 users present at the same time, during which you can verify the audio quality obtainable with the platform and the functions and advantages of the management system for administrators.
The session is recorded and at the end the video will be available to the institution.
Each institution is assigned 240 minutes that can be used by their teachers to verify the effectiveness of uwMeeting.

Prepaid credits

The use of the platform takes place through the purchase of prepaid credits for class hours.
This payment method is suitable for music schools that do not require large volumes of lessons.
The management system is always updated to the latest version available and any improvements or updates do not incur in extra costs.

Activation fee

Advance fee (one-off) for the activation of the electronic register and the creation of virtual classrooms, according to the structure of the school, with four types of accounts: administrator, teacher, student, listener.
The service provides automatic tracking of the duration of each lesson and all the functions of the electronic register.
Additional accounts for new teachers, students and classes can be created directly by the school.
There is provision for setting up* the faculty, student body, courses/classes by matching faculty and students.
The activation fee costs from 199 € (for small school, up to 5 teachers) to 499 €.

Support

A package of hours of assistance in order to learn how to use the platform is provided to the administrative staff as well as checking any occurring problems during lessons.
2 hours for schools with up to 5 classes and 3 hours for other schools.
Video Recording

The hourly cost for video recording of lessons is 
2,00 € for the recording in SD (640x480)
2,50 € for the recording in HD (1280x720)
3.75 € for recording in full HD (1920x1080)
Billing

The hours used are billed by the minute, from the beginning to the end of each lesson.
The cost of each lesson is calculated based on the number of minutes each participant spends in the virtual classroom.
For each purchased credit, the rate vaild at the date of purchase remains valid, without any changes, until that credit is used up. 
Pre-paid credit packages do not expire and keeps the same rates valid at the date of purchase.  
Customizations

Optional ability to customize the platform:
- dedicated second or third level URL (for example: https://nomedellascuola.com or https://nomedellascuola.uwmeeting.com)
- elimination of the uwMeeting logo (would appear only "powered by uwMeeting" in the footer)
- insertion of the logo of the institution and / or any sponsor of the institution
- colors of the graphic layout derived from that of the institution's website
at a cost (one-off) of additional €599.
The annual cost for maintaining the registered domain is €114.

Licenses

The purchase of licenses is a one-time cost and and allows a significant reduction in operating costs, being able to bring the cost of an hour of individual lesson without registration to about € 0.50 and the billing for the use of virtual classrooms and video recordings is monthly.
The first 10 contracts for full licenses will get a 40% discount.

Three types of licenses are available: basic, intermediate, and full.

Activation and maintenance

A package of hours of assistance in order to learn how to use the platform is provided to the administrative staff as well as checking any occurring problems during lessons.
Any platform updates are free of charge for the first 6 months of platform use.
For schools and Institutions setup* is provided for the teaching staff, student body, courses/classes by matching teachers and students.

Customizations

Since the whole project is a modular system, it is possible to provide custom licenses, obtaining any features or utilities not provided in the chosen license.
For example, it is possible to implement the "control of lessons by administrators" in a basic license.
The platform is delivered installed on a domain and an independent database.
It is also possible to have:
- dedicated second or third level URL (for example: https://nameofschoolofmusic.com or https://nameofschoolofmusic.uwmeeting.com)
- elimination of the uwMeeting logo (it will appear only "powered by uwMeeting" in the footer)
- insertion of the logo of the institution and / or any sponsor of the institution
- graphic layout colors derived from those of the Institution's website.
